This fantastic, converted barn finds a new purpose in hosting weddings and events with up to 130 of your guests. ​Available to reserve for weddings, community and corporate functions, or other special events.

Century Barn only reserves one event per day. You will have exclusive access to the bridal suite, ceremony garden, reception barn, furnished loft, built-in washrooms, ample guest parking ​and picturesque fields.

What is Century barn guest capacity?
Century Barn has a capacity of up to 130 of your guests.
What is your Hold policy and how do I secure my date?
Century Barn manages bookings on a first come first served basis. This avoids any disappointment and complications with our event hosts. To book your event, Century Barn requires a deposit accompanied by a completed, signed contract. 
How many events do you book per day?
Century Barn will only host one event per day. You will have exclusive use of the barn and property, and our full attention to ensure that everything goes according to plan. 
Should I hire a wedding planner or day-of coordinator?
Century Barn does not offer wedding planning or day-of coordination services. You are not required to have a wedding planner, however a day-of coordinator is recommended to help manage the details of your event. Upon request, we would be happy to refer you to planners or coordinators who are familiar with our venue.
Do you offer catering? How do I source vendors?
Century Barn does not offer catering at this time. We have an extensive list of caterers and vendors who have worked at Century Barn in the past that we would be happy to recommend. Selecting your own caterer and vendors gives you the flexibility to manage your event and budget your way. 
How does the DIY bar work?
Do-It-Yourself Bar allows for event hosts to supply there own alcohol for their event. This is an excellent way to manage your budget and select products that you like. The DIY bar also requires that the event host obtains:
  • A Special Occasions Permit from the LCBO
  • Party Alcohol Liability Insurance
  • Must hire our preferred list of experienced bartenders

​Century Barn has trusted and experienced bartender services to manage your bar and ensure your guests are served responsibly and safely. This service is separate from your venue rental, and is mandatory.  Upon securing your booking, Century Barn will connect you with the bartender assigned to your event to discuss and plan your bar needs. Rates are competitive and may vary depending on your guest count and the hours required. Event hosts will be required to confirm booking of the bartender along with the SOP and PAL certifications two months before your event. 
What is included with my booking?
Included in your booking is exclusive use of the bridal suite, furnished loft, ceremony garden, barn for reception, all available Century Barn decor and furniture (including tables and banquet chairs), permanent bar and beer taps, permanent chandelier lighting fixtures, built-in washroom facilities, unlimited guest parking, Century Barn support staff, caterer prep pad and acres of picturesque fields. You will also have the option to schedule a one-hour rehearsal* prior to your event. 

*Rehearsal date and time to be confirmed closer to event date and are subject to availability
Can I decorate the barn myself? Is there anything Prohibited?
Yes, you may decorate the barn yourself. You will have access to the barn the morning of your event to begin set-up and decor. Century Barn does have a few permanent fixtures that cannot be removed. Please share your design intentions and floor plans with us in advance so we can advise accordingly. There are a few prohibited items:
  • Open flames or candles are not allowed in or around the barn
  • Smoking is not allowed inside or around the barn
  • Paper lanterns are not allowed
  • ​Confetti and rice are not allowed
